Berlin Cricket Club

The ICC World Twenty20 consists of 12 teams: Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, Bangladesh, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, South Africa, West Indies, Scotland, Sri Lanka and England. Group games will be held between 5-10 June, the super-eight stage will run from 11-16 June, followed by semi-finals on 18 and 19 June and a final at Lord’s on 21 June. Both semi-finals and the final will be covered by Eurosport.

Getting TV cricket coverage in Europe has been an aspiration of continental cricket bodies, including the DCB, for many years. It's hoped this recent development will be the start of things to come and that it will lift the profile of the sport here in Germany.
